Cheri Smith did an amazing job in helping us sale our home in Gilbert, AZ. She went well above what could be expected while we were away in Europe. Our home was only on the market for 5 days before an accepted offer was made. While we were in Europe Cheri scheduled and followed up on every single detail necessary to complete the required work needed to fix those items found during the buyer’s inspections. We returned home with everything completed but the final signing at closing.
